I am Tanea King Newton, the proud owner and broker of King Newton Financial Services LLC ! As an experienced home mortgage professional with nearly 11 years in the finance industry. My strong work ethic and in-depth expertise have enabled me to help countless families achieve homeownership and build generational wealth.

Before transitioning to mortgages, I had a successful career in retail banking as a Branch Manager at Wells Fargo. This experience allows me to expertly guide clients through the mortgage process, providing a seamless and informed experience. While my specialty lies in residential mortgages, my knowledge of business banking and auto loans enables me to support entrepreneurs and self-employed buyers with a diverse range of lending needs.

My life motto is: Positive thoughts behind positive actions equal positive results. This principle drives my commitment to excellence and service.

God, family, and career are my core focuses. As a wife and mother of two wonderful daughters, I instill in them the values of self-acceptance, making a difference, and leading rather than following.

Born in Chester, PA, and raised in Effingham County, I graduated from Robert W. Groves High School in 2004. I went on to attend Edward Waters University, a private Christian HBCU, before becoming a proud alumnus of Savannah State University, where I majored in Environmental Science.

While my academic background is in science, I am passionate about giving back to my community by helping others build and sustain generational wealth through homeownership. As the oldest of four sisters, I take great pride in my family and in making a positive impact on the lives of others.
